The Renew Resources LLC messaging program sends conversational, customer-care, and promotional text messages related to appointments you book and inquiries you submit — for example, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, responses to your questions, service quotes, pickup and appointment scheduling, follow-ups regarding your industrial or PPE recycling request, and, if you opt in, promotional offers and service notifications.

Opt-In / Consent

By providing your phone number when booking an appointment through our website, you consent to receive text messages from Renew Resources LLC related to that appointment, including confirmations and reminders. By separately opting in to receive promotional and notification messages, you consent to receive occasional SMS messages about offers and service updates. Consent is not a condition of booking an appointment or purchasing any goods or services. To rejoin, book a new appointment with your phone number or text us again, and we will resume sending messages to you.
